I just glanced at the log. the event that I looked at showed ACCEL: Y flash just before the event. 559s

TP still looks odd to me, maybe not calibrated correctly? I see you hit 100kPa strong at 135s, yet to me it looks like you mashed the throttle to 46%.

Will try pulling the TPS and see what happens. Then the alt.
