Default Timing questions

So i replaced my spark plugs the other day and I went to fix the tach problem on my miata(95M and COP) in MS and while the car was running, I was in the ignition setting options(I know that isnt the right place to be). I was looking thru and somehow changed something and all of sudden the car shut off and wont start now. Anyone have any idea what happened and why. I have changed alot of the settings to see if that was the problems

Spark output should be "going high" and you should NOT be running with ignition fixed at ten degrees, change it to use the spark table.

So I tried to put the old tunes in and still no luck. I checked all the fuses, checked for fuel, checked spark all good. Just nothing. Any other thoughts?

Please post a copy of the tune that's in there and a data log of an attempted start.

It's not seeing RPM. It would help if you also posted the MSQ file so I can check if there are any settings that would prevent it from reading RPM. Also, check the CAS wiring.

Your coolant temperature is showing freezing. Check the sensor, wiring, and calibration.

I have an aftermarket coolant temp gauge, that is not running to the MS. I didn't have any issues before with this setup.

A separate temperature gauge does not give your MSPNP the ability to start the car without a properly functioning coolant temperature sensor signal.

Are you confusing fuel load for fuel pressure? Fuel load is map pressure in a speed density setup.
