MS2 for an MSM engine in a 99 - Halp!
Ok, I am a bit confused..... Ok a LOT confused. I have searched, googled and questioned.. But I am just getting more confused from the conflicting answers I am finding. So I am hoping one of you all can give me a solid definite answer.
I have a DIYPNP MS2 kit for a 99-00. I am going to use it to run a 2004 Mazdaspeed motor and stock turbo setup. I plan to use the 99 Intake for the VICs, a 99 engine harness and the MSM factory coils.
Exactly what all mods do I need to do?
These are the assembly instructions I am following currently.

Please and thank you very much!

Well, as I understand... There are a few mods that have to be done to it , for it to control a 99 engine. But I am not 100% sure of what all those are. It looks like I have to build a circuit for the Alternator. That one seems to be universally agreed upon. Also, It seems like there is something I have to do for it to control the AC and the VICs? And I am not honestly sure what else.
So rather than continuing to sift thru old documents and conflicting info, I figured I would ask the experts on here for a definitive answer.

It is the DIYPNP Kit... This one to be exact.
DIYPNP Nippon Denso 76pin Unassembled Kit DIYAutoTune.com
So I am in the process of building it. Actually I am just about finished with the initial build.
*Edit*
I just realized I guess I put this in the wrong section.

Thanks. I SEEM to have figured out everything I need. But I sure wish I could find a picture of the circuit built... Rather than just the schematic. I can read a schematic.. but have a hard time visualizing them properly.
