Wideband issue

Hey guys so I got my mspnp2 installed and I put in an aem wideband. This is for a 1995 with just catback and exhintake mod.

My issue is that I don't know literally exactly where the wires plug into on the ecu for the wideband. I have read a lot and some say splice into the factory ecu harness and some say plug it into the options port. Please guys where exactly do I put the ground wire? Where exactly do I put the red wire? And where exactly do I put the white wire?

I know the manuals tell you how to do this but I have ready many many posts and manuals and none seem to give me a legit answer that I can understand.

Thanks a lot, Nick

IIRC I ran the wideband wiring into the ECU boxes own inputs port, not the mazda harness, its just pin counting and the instructions were quite clear,

I ran a new earth that was shared with the ecu earth that bolted to the chassis in the footwell with an extension than ran to the earth on the back of the block.

May of been overkill but i had some issues with my wideband and ended up running a whole new earth from the chassis point to the battery with some rather overspecced cable.

it really is as simple as following the instructions form MS.

Just match up the pin numbers
"connect the analog output to the pin labeled Oxygen Sensor input of the option connector" from MS instructions, its pin 21 on the options port, now just read your wideband gauge instructions for which wire is the analoh output, solder and heatshrink, and away you go.
