okay i know im dumb for thinking about buying these off of ebay but there cheap but will they work with the miata and megasquirt? ebay item number if they will work please no one else bid lol item number 160196814023

They're square connectors, not round like the miata so they're not PNP. I wouldn't bother with them.

would i just have to splice the wires together or is it a pain in the ass?

You would need new connectors to splice in.

If you want 550s, go to rx7club.com and post a want to buy with the 2020 part number. I got mine for 75 shipped.

do the 2020 injectors fit on the 99 with no issues?

Yes, i run them.

as do the 2010's

check the impedance though. The high and low z injectors have the same part #s according to whitchunter.

Also, even with the sqaure plugs you can use them as long as they are high impedence. BEGI makes snap on adaptors for the conversion.
