Here is the response. Unfortunately $60 was a bit off for the non v-belt models.

"We can supply these parts for your vehicle for $130.98.
We do not keep them in stock but we can order them and then ship them to you.
We do not have these parts on our site yet so if you would like to order them please give me a call @800-749-0929.
It would take only a few days to get them here.
This would include the pulley, bracket, bolts, and belt for a 99 Miata with A/C but no power steering.
Thanks,

That sounds more like it. My price is still better. ;)

BP01-15-930 is listed as 90-00 miata (I think in 01 P/S became standard).
Also, some protege and 323 fitment as well.

I clocked mine still on the car with no problems.
It was on the car nearly two years before I did it, it still turned fine without having to go near that clip.

I didn't remove the snap ring either. It was easier to hit the comp housing outlet with a hammer. I actually broke 2 dollar store hammers in the process, before having to break out the big gun Husky.

But hey I also got a set of snap ring pliers out of it. Too many tools = good

I know for a fact that the idler pulley and bracket for the 1.6 works for the 1.8. When I called FM to order one they confirmed it so and I'm now running it on my 1.8. Also late 80s, early 90s mx6/proteges or mx3s (I'm unsure the exact generations or model) use the same pulley and bracket assembly. I picked up an extra from the bone yard last month and its exactly the same. And last bit of knowledge, one of the RX8 tensioner pullies and the hardware works as a replacement if for some reason your pulley fails or you can only find the bracket.
