Is this the definition of hesitation?

So here's my setup 10*btdc Greddy+Intercooler+Bipes+BPV. I usually drive with the hardtop on so I don't hear everything coming out of the exhaust pipe. I finally drove around with the top down and heard two to four faint puffs in the middle of building boost. It seems to coincide with what I guess I would call a hesitation. It definitely doesn't have a jerk like feel but more akin to a slight interuption in the middle of building boost. Each puff seems to get the boost back on track and by the time I'm at full boost everythings fine.

When I searched I got a lot of threads about the O2 clamp. Is my ecu pulling fuel? I also thought it might be the bipes. It's settings were conservative when I installed it and have since put the intercooler on. Might I have to go and flip some toggles to get it back in order? I didn't notice it before the intercooler but that could be because of the hardtop again. I didn't feel it though

It's a misfire. What plug gap are you running? You can try closing the gap slightly to give you a stronger spark. The addition of boost creates an environment that harder to ignite the mixture. FASTERTHANYOU is also correct too. How old is your plugs and wires?
