dyno question
will i still need a wb02 sensor if i will take my car to a dyno for tuning?

Typically the dyno will have a WBo2 that they shove up your tailpipe....it hurts at first....but then it feel pretty good once you get used to it.
Call and make sure prior....if you have a Cat. Conv., then tune to 13:1-12.5:1. |
Usually they charge more if you get WB datalogging with the dyno run (maybe like an extra $10 or so). I would pay for it just because it will be on the readout they give you so you can see how you look at specific points on the curve.
Keith at FM told me that the sniffer up the butt is within 0.1 of what it would be before the cat. I wouldn't worry about it being off... |

When I was a newb, several people told me something. I didn't believe them, but it's true: The wb o2 is the single most important gauge for tuning. |
I thought it was reading spark plus? ;)
