while we are talking about alternators, is there a difference between a automatic miata alternator and manual. for some reason someone told me that the automatic produce more power or different power band i am hoping someone knows facts about it. . would it be better to get an automatic one?

As for the oil on the line its probaly from road debre and mositure in the air. I live in minnesota and when the temp change i get conisation on all the lines on th rotory, even in the oil filler neck.

the light above the 99s+ on the gauge above the fuel gauge is the cruise light. how stupid is that?

i think only japanese models had a low fuel light.
