Yeah I have been having a problem with my turbo nuts coming loose lately. Never have a problem, until lately, Im thinking that it might have something to do with a using a higher boost level.

Keep tightening them and month later they are about to fall off. Confused.... still researching this, but im sure there is an easy fix.

If your studs havemt broken off yet you could get some stage8 hardware..
mine never really came loose, they've always just broken off inside the manifold

BEGI drilled and tapped my manifold for M10 hardware, hopefully I wont have anymore issues :)
