FMII intercooler
what is the main difference between the na fmII intercooler kit vs. the nb intercooler kit (piping wise)? and can the nb kit be fitted to an na with minimal issue?

i believe the placement of the powersteering cooler is different on the NB, if I remember correctly that is why Begi has the powersteering cooler option cause of the placement been in the way on the NB, but it is 8am and I haven't slept so..

so will it work on an NA?
|
everything would be close, the TB inlet would be different, so that side would most likely need rewkoing.

So if i use the nb setup piping and all the fit would be pretty dead on?

The only difference in our NA and NB intercoolers is the mounting brackets. They put the IC in a slightly different place. We can supply just the brackets if you want ($25.95), or you can make your own without a lot of difficulty. The "whack ass" pipes are the same on the pre-IC side, the post-IC has a couple of changes due to throttle body differences. We can mix and match to make it work on your application.

not so difficlut is it, Keith ?

Are we talking about the current FMII I/C or the old on with the whacky routing of the hotside piping? I assumed old.
|
it's easier to describe as pre-silicone pipes....
