Since I installed my Greddy kit, my brakes have a really firm feel and almost no feedback. I covered the fluid resevoir with heat barrier, could it be too cold? Anyone else experience this?

I seriously doubt its too cold.. Maybe when you were covering it with head stuff you kinked a line or something?

I would say... check fluild.... check lines... check pads/sliders, check feel...

Are you sure it just isn't the "oh crap" factor when first getting boost, and you realize the 1.6 brakes, are OK, but not great?

I have 1.8 brakes and there's no "Oh Crap" factor with boost, my other car is turbo too. I probably kinked a line or maybe it's the fact that my brake cylinder thingy is now backed by my heat sheild....
