buy new ones. and new orings for the used injectors.

When I installed the 305's I installed those "spacers" at the bottom of the injector. They didn't seem to want to seal against the head without them.

Also you rail is probably just missing the "spacers" that go between the rail and the head.... they are for ever falling all over the place.....

Dave,

Dave,

ohhhh yea i forgot about those spacers in the rail, i put them aside so i didnt lose them hahaha. but yea i think ill use the spacers off of the bottom of the 1.6 injectors also

I used the spacers on the injectors, otherwise you might get a vacuum leak.

and yeah you forgot to reinstall the fuel rail spacers!

Got a RX-7 "B" series AFM? Make sure you tighten the flapper do back up to lean it out a little. I had a 12.3:1 idle at 6 clicks looser. At OEM specs I had a 14.7:1 idle.

I'm telling you, buy a new seal set and throw away the old shitty ones.

Amen! I replaced my stock rail with a Vishnu and eventually (within a week!!) all the injector seals failed (one-by-one), dumping close to two tankfuls of gas on the ground within that week!
