Yes, you can tee the AFPR vacuum line off the line going to the stock FPR. You can see it in the instructions. Maybe tee your boost gauge off another line/port. It's not hella crucial. The BOV line goes to one of the vacuum fittings on your throttle body.
And I feel your pain on the intake. It all fit during mock up, but then i went to put the AFM in after the turbo was installed for real and yeah...didnt fit. Even now the pipes dont fit quite as well as they sould, the front corner of my hood doesnt close all the way because it hits the upper pipe. Like they said, once you've driven it you will be SO happy you did it. Good luck! |

put one right off the Carbon Canister, so that the white side is facing the CC. Then put the other just in front of the Cruise Control unit, same thing white side towards the unit. this will stop boost from entering them, but will allow vacuum to pull out of the units.

No, that's why you connected it to the turbo inlet pipe which, as luck would have it, is under constant vacuum...as there's a big compressor wheel sucking on it all the time:sadwavey:

I used a normal hand drill (19.2v). I shoved it right under the a/c bracket with the foot towards the bumper cover. I had to pry to a/c lines out of the way but it fit. It should squeeze between the cv boot and a/c unit.
How long is your bit? I think I had to make it as long as possible to clear that nut you are talkin about. But basically I positioned a normal drill to do the below: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/at...4&d=1140491587 |
