Default car stumbles

I do not remember my car acting like this with the old motor?

When I shift in boost from say 2nd to 3rd it will blow off then act like it has to respool and almost die then it picks back up and makes boost.

Shifting is really violent if I dont shift and just push in the clutch while in boost it shakes the whole car you can feel it in the drivetrain.

Car is running good for the most part just trying to work out the kinks.
