Default New FMII kit Idle/RPM issue

Hi guys, I recently "finished" installing a FMII turbo kit on my '99 miata and I've run into an issue that has me stumped.

Since installing the kit I've managed to start the car, but I have to give it some throttle to get it started and to keep it going. As soon as I let off, the car dies in a second or two. It's also running very rich and is missing a bit. Vacuum on the boost gauge appears to be reading correctly and is sharing a connection with the MAP sensor.

Hoping to see if the ECU could give me a hint as to what the issue is, I hooked up my laptop and when I get it running the indicated RPM on the fuel map screen jumps all over the place. The tach in the car is reading correctly. I'm not sure what's causing this and was hoping you all could help. Thanks!

(Brief video at http://youtu.be/QnLpo34hGl0 if it helps)

-Paul

actually, I think it's a CAS issue now, after watching the vid and you mention that the dash tach doesn't jump around

Also, check your injector wiring connections

Thanks for the feedback. I thought it might be the CAS too, but short of replacing it, I'm not sure how to make sure it's working correctly. I did take a look at it and made sure it was clean and that it's wiring hadn't become loose.

I'll check the injector connections, but I don't see how that affects what the ECU thinks the current RPM is.
