Please remove the whole gasket, run it iron on iron.(like everybody else)

If the surface is flat enough no leaks will appear...

GL with that man. I hope you where being sarcastic. A gasket is essential to saeling. Where he gets a gasket depends on what kind of turbo he has so more info is needed. Post what turbo you have or a pic something we can use to base our advice off of.

no.

i don't run gaskets either, but it is vital that the surfaces are flat.

I have replaced the gasket on my (old) greddy turbo 3 times...
Between the mani and turbo...All manifold bolds broke off...
It kept blowing into pieces....(replacement nissan part)
Finaly solved it by bringing the compressor side to a machine shop and resurface it...This time i used a Saab 1 layer gasket...

Do it right the 1st time... Make mani cuts, get grade 8 studs, use no gasket..

if you run a gasket you have to get a certain kind, some blow out and burn up really easy. i personally use a 3 layer copper gasket and never had one go out

I don't see a 14442???? If you mean the 14445 for the turbo to dp it won't fit. The 14415 for the manifold to turbo is a correct part.

i need the gasket the lies between the TURBO and DOWN PIPE. i assume your giving me this diagram because thats the correct part.

im confused because the reply ABOVE says #14445(which is the one i need) will not work with what i desire.

please clarify because i have already ordered the part.

what has you confused? look at the diagram, you see two turbos, and you see two downpipes. inbetween each is part number 14445, which happens to look just like a gasket.

to specify:
gasket for GReddy turbo out (turbo to DP), Nissan 300 ZX 14415-17M00
Gasket for the turbo in (manifold to turbo), Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4

i personally wouldn't bother with the gasket, just plain the turbine and dp flanges smooth.

I used nothing but heat treated studs and locktite and have never had a problem with the DP but the exhaust ot the turbo manifold has loosened bolts an blown out a gasket. This was later fixed with abit more loctite, and some loctite, oh and lockwashers.

Sorry, I misread your first posting. The 14415 is correct for the manifold to turbo, but I have not purchased the other. All of my reference material says that it is a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 gasket on the outlet, but I am not sure it is 14445 on that diagram.

i tried to cancel my order from Nissan, but they would not let me.

so to clarify, i will need a gasket from a 300GT VR4.

To hopefully not add to the confusion, all my records show a gasket from a 300GT VR4 to go from the turbo to downpipe, but I have never purchased one.

Since it is sealing without one, I would wait until the 14445 comes in(since you couldn't stop it), maybe it will be the same and we will know a source for sure.

ok i had it backwards.

300zx part 14415 if for manifold to turbo.
the td04 is the same as a 3000gt vr4, so youll want a outlet gasket from one of them.
