I guess it depends on where you are appearantly. A magazine like EVO or CAR or Top Gear calls out 100km/h as roughly 62 mph.

I normally take the long bolt that goes through there, put it through the rear hole, put the flanges nut on it to distribute the load on the tube, and then way the bolt to get it out... less likely hood of hitting something you don't want to and this way the punding round stays put.

This engine is on a stand, so the only thing I would hit would be a fridge or a tool box.
