i just am curious if it looks like a good idea for a turbo or if there are any warnings i am not seeing.

what are you looking for in a turbo, what it doesn't say is what compressor wheel it is.

you can get a t4 comp housing with a 2 1/4 inlet? mine is 3in. that comp housing looks small for a t4

I have a TB0356 on the shelf and is is definitely not a t3/t4, just a standard 50 trim t3!
