Default Bah, a bit of help.(please!)

Well today in my search for a few things i didn't come out too successful.

I went for some colder plugs, and neither of the stores (Checkers and Autozone) had the BKR7E plugs i was looking for. Does anyone have the code for a plug about one step colder for a 1.6l Miata in Bosch or Autolite, etc anything else. All opinions please!

ALSO... I needed some nuts(8x1.25) for the studs on my manifold.. and nobody had the tempered ones that are good for high heat. So I'm kind of screwed, are the tempered ones the only ones i can use? My dad was pretty strict about it, and says the non tempered ones will heat up, expand, and come off.

Any tips please. These are i believe the last two issues i have with getting going.

I got a filter and some 5w30 Mobil1 synthetic, so i think I'm almost set. Just plugs and nuts to go! =(.
