Wow what a pain, working in a gym locker is no fun when no bolts would come apart, everything was nice and rusted, surprisingly the manifold/head bolts were not bad. They were golden to what i thought they would be. Anyways everything is done however i have few problems/questions still standing before i hook up the waste gate and start making some boost.

Problem: The turbo to downpipe studs Serper sent me are wrong. He must have given me a different set for a "separated gases" downpipe that is much slimmer because currently the bolts only bolt on 2-3 threads each. They are freakin short.
How long should they be? I'll replace the open studs tomorrow with a longer set so i can crank them up a bit while the ones that are covered by the piping such as the lower inner one, i'll have to wait for answer.

Next, to confirm... the outside coolant line of the turbo goes to the separator by the thermostat, how about the inside? I've read the instructions but i cannot see it as there is no pic of it. Please post pic anyone? Thanks

I got the WB working.. works perfectly. I dont know why you guys were having problems with the LC1.. mine works well I'm getting about 12.4-5 when cold with no xede at idle while the car is warming up. In cruise at about 20% load it runs around 14.5 to max of 15

Problem: I seem to be getting some leaking near the downpipe and the pipe that connects it to the catalytic converter. I havent cranked on that bracket much but from the looks of it i'll have to crank it up some more after i fix the studs (above).

At last what filter do you guys use? The one i purchased from autozone keeps my hood open about an inch.

If it wasnt for the VERY STUCK oil filter that required a new tool, the fact that nearly every hose Serper sent me was about 3-4" short because he cut it when removing and and the crappy 3 bolts that hold the stock manifold to the bottom piping i would have been done 4-5 hours earlier however running to autozone few times and the bolts "made me" finish at about 12 at night. 1 of those bolts was so bad that i had quite a bit of resistance even with a 30" pipe extending the wrench and because i didnt have a smaller pipe i would swing it, hit the end, spin it, click the ratchet once or twice then do it all over again. Long story short pain in the ***.

man tunning is bad. It floods at idle once in a while when i let off the gas and dies, once in a while it reads at 10 at idle while other times its at 14-15 range a/f wtf :(

I try to add fuel to make it to about 12 but its tough. :(

Any one has any tips on the map editing?
This is what i was running in the car, I never revved it past 5k rpm especially around in the black area so the numbers are just guessing what might work...

Thank you sir Its running at least

When i first started it up today it would die and wouldnt start up for ages since it would be flooded and both my stock sensor and my wideband would be drenched..

I just gotta get a slimmer filter, the one i got right now keeps my hood open about half an inch.
