I am tired of this crap... and need to recirc. my BOV. Greddy BOV RS is used. here are the parts I am dealing with. - 1 inch dia. pooling hose - Copper reducer 1" to 6/8" http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...c/e7f0ac70.jpg What do use for bonding Greddy Aluminum Intake pipe and this Copper Nippler reducer??? I work for Elmer's Glue, and I am trying on some of the new DIY adhesive line on it. - Automotive Epoxy Putty - Failed, the compound was too putty to get into the tread. - STIX-ALL (GEL)- I am using it now, but have not yet tested for heat resistent Property. (my fingers are crossed) Can't find JB WELD in Hong Kong!:sadwavey: |

Thanks, |
so the threads of that fitting are going to project into the intake pipe?
weld a nut to the intake pipe and thread the fitting on. put a little teflon tape or thread sealant on both sides of the fitting. |
Thanks Ben, the problem was that I couldn't find a place which I could get WELD done on this aluminum intake piece.

it's a simple weld. there's someone/some business that will do it for you. go to a body shop, machine shop, pretty much anywhere that repairs vehicles of any kind
