this guys sells basically all the pipes and stuff you need for $140 (with shipping). That's pretty damn cheap and it even comes with t-bolt clamps. Only thing really missing is that pipe going to the throttle body.

that is nowhere close to a bolt on kit... the way I see it it doesn't come with any of the pipes you need. It's a box of raw materials, cheap couplers, and reasonable clamps.

yea i would def. rather have the kit that just basically bolts on.. it may be more but it will look alot nicer on my red and black miata too.
with the kit already made do you have to use that smaller intercooler..? cuz i'm going to put a Nitrous intercooler spray

stripes pipes (AKA what Brain posted) rocks. You could use a larger intercooler if you cut the pipes, but the 18x12x3 intercooler is plenty for even 12 psi.

an intercooler is not a power adder. however at the same boost in the intake manifold, you may see more more HP due to the decreased intake temps.

Just to let everyone know, I'm going to discontinue production of my Greddy pipes when my current stock runs out. If you've been thinking about getting a set of pipes, you might want to pull the trigger soon. I have 7 kits left and when they're gone, they're gone.

I do plan on keeping mx5projects.com going with different projects and products geared toward the DIYer. I'll have some sort of an announcement early next year when I become a sponser.

Glad I got a set of those pipes. One of the many parts that I've installed that absolutely works beautifully!

Damn, Stripes sold the rest of his stock. He said he's still selling the throttle body pipe, though, which looks like the most difficult part to fabricate.

Seems like there aren't enough bends in that eBay kit to make it work. The job is pretty straightforward until you have to snake up from the IC to the TB inlet.

When I heard he was stopping production I picked one up. The pipes are awsome.

trackdogracing.com
Gary sells an intercooler kit for the Greddy similar to his other kits. It's plug and play.

Hoo boy! $1200 ain't cheap. And it doesn't look plug and play -- there's a huge shroud, which is probably what makes you remove the hood prop that they mention.

or

you could spend <1/2 the price of the trackdog setup and get a complete pipng kit with intercooler from BEGi or FM.

And she'd better clean my pipes while she's there.
