Noise after Greddy install

Noise after Greddy install
Hi All,
I've just finished my first Greddy install. It's the stock kit with a BIPES and Innovate LC1 w/ gauge.
First off, my car drives fine, however I cannot identify this sound.
It's a high whining sound from the exhaust. You can also here popping sounds which seem to come from the catalytic convertor. The exhaust system is a new stainless one from ILmotorsport and a new original catalytic convertor.
YouTube - MVI 3852
The video is made with the car idling.
The popping is definitly not coming from under the hood (see/hear my other video)
YouTube - MVI 3851
It doesn't sound like backfire to me, I can produce backfire by revving the engine and pull my foot of the gas, which will produce a 'bang'.
Can one of you identify these sounds ?
Thanks for your help.
Richard

That's not an exhaust leak or the car running too rich (1st video). Sounds very mechanical, and I have no idea what it could be, possibly knock? I've managed to stay away from it so I don't have first hand experience as to what it sounds like. What's timing and can you snap some pics of all the turbo stuff (vortech mounting and plumbing, intake routing and couplers, both pre and post turbo, and the turbo itself + oil lines). We might be able to see something wrong with it that you missed.

Timing is at 12 BTDC with a BIPES installed. I've attached 3 pictures, 2 from the vortec and 1 from the turbo itself.
The left hard line is connected to the center of the vortec.

To me that sounds like metal on metal. Can you pull the intake stuff off the turbo real quick and just take a peek inside.
I'm not sure if the DP was touching the frame that it would make that much noise so constant and high pitched.
EDIT: After listening to the other under the hood video, I would say its safe to say its not the turbo.

You haven't left your PCV disconnected from the intake manifold, have you? Not that it would make such a noise, but still.
I'd try holding everything while it sits and idles making the noise, find something that stops the noise, hopefully its just something banging against something else. I'd use a long screwdriver on the down pipe, prying it a couple ways to see if it stops making the noise. Careful, it might be hot by the time you get to it.
I'd also advise doing what Vash said, disconnecting the intake piping to take a look inside both the turbo and the intake itself, who knows, it could be something you simply overlooked.

Thats a strange one. Doesn't sound like something hitting, but it also doesn't sound mechanical (what does that leave?)... I wish I had a helpful suggestion, but I don't. Just keep driving it and give it some time. I can't imagine what it would be in the exhaust system, but maybe it will go away with time. Almost sounds like a small backfire, so maybe its something in the cat getting hot and burning off in pops. Then again, it sounds like the engine responds to the pops, so it could be closer to the engine. Did you check the cat really well before install to make sure there was nothing inside it upstream of the catalyst honeycomb? That could maybe explain the whistle and possibly the pops.

one noise identified
Hi All,
I think I've identified the high pitched noise as coming from the fuel pump.
I disconnected the whole exhaust from the downpipe back and the sound was still there. After some search I found it was very loud in the trunk.
I also made a log with my innovate auxbox. This is the car with a cold engine idling.
What looks strange to me is that it idle's pretty lean for the first 1min15sec and then idles nicely at ~14.7 afr.
What could cause this, is my fuel pump dying ?
Thanks again.
