I'm sure there are already quite a few people on a waiting list or they're scrounging in the corners and seat cushions to come up with the cash.
You gonna get in on it?

Yeah, but I'm green when it comes to ECU's so I'll have to wait till someone figures a good setup, and likely have to copy theres, or start learning fast.

It's been done man. There are plenty of guys on this board running MS on the 1.6 that you have all kinds of support.
DIYautotune probably has an awesome base map for you to get you tuning your fuel map. I'm sure they have everything else worked out and that car is supposedly going turbo here soon. So they'll pretty much have your bases covered, don't wait for someone else. Do it and then brag about how easy and badass it was to install.

I want that just so I can run the PnP. Coilovers and all. Wonder what the reserve is.

group buy? I must have missed it. I saw Bill throw the idea into the wind, but didn't see particulars.

I've tried to contact DIY 2 or 3 times about squirting my car. Since I'm right up the street from them. Never heard back from them. If they want to talk to me, I'll gladly be the first.

Gotta love the description on that listing:
"This car is one of the rare Miatas that came with power steering and AC from the factory."
And in the ultra-rare Red as well. No tilt steering though...

there was tilt steering? I thought I had every option

If it wasn't for the $5000 price tag, that would be a good buy.

I think every 2001+ car came with a/c and p/s except maybe some club sport models.

When i was looking at it the price had only reached $2800. Only reason i brought it up.
