I have a billet aluminum barb fitting (5 deg) for a GT28 turbo on my Greddy set up - bolt spacing is correct.

I had a post similar to this about a month ago and Abe (ARTech) commented that the bolt spacing on the Greddy TD04 drain was the same as the GT25/28 series turbos.

FYI - his drain set up should work on your Greddy and it's reasonably priced.

I've read EXTENSIVELY on this topic, however only a few pull the motor and the pan to do this job. Normally pulled because of other R&R issues.

I have used a drill once or five thousand times before, and always seem to get shavings into the hole being drilled.

I'm going to guess..."because so many before me have done this without pulling the motor, that the side effects of getting foriegn material in my oil pan are nonexistant"

Is this a safe assumption?

Just dit the job last week and chose to lower the frame and pull out the pan that way.. primary because I welded my tap to the pan, hard to weld when the pan is stuck to the engine :)

Cleaned up and learned a little about my engine at the same time!
