One example of a blown motor on a 6258 at 10psi does not mean that stock engines aren't safe when fed by a 6258. Our kits will make power/boost levels that are appropriate for long-term use with a stock engine - we expect that to be between 8 and 11psi depending on the base compression and supporting mods.

I've seen FR's coatings and I wasn't impressed. I've never understood why a shop would coat the flange faces, and coating the wastegate flapper arm is just kludgy.
It's investment-cast stainless steel (or at least it will be again at some point soon) - I see absolutely no reason to incur the additional cost. If you want to add it, you're welcome to, but it won't be something that we offer.

which as I've seen in earlier post that the smaller well also run 20psi easy and good for 325hp.
So I want sure if I should just go for the next bigger and sacrifice some spool time. which shouldn't be much with the amazing EFR's correct?

Of the "few" tial investement cast stainless turbines I've sold, I've sent back a "few" for quality issues. They were nice enough to send me some Tshirts and hats for my troubles. Suppler problems aren't fun.

Complexity issues with the twinscroll IWG housings, apparently. From what I was told at PRI in November, the cast housings aren't a permanent solution, and the investment cast stuff will be back at some point.

i noticed in earlier posts in this thread that you might look into emission compliance with this kit. Is there any truth to that? will you attempt to keep EGR functionality?

Forgive me for not sticking to a self-imposed design deadline in order to make significant functional improvements and reduce the overall cost of the product. I'm working as quickly as I can, but I'm not going to release something I'm not happy with.
