Default Old style BEGI FMU vs New style BEGI FMU

What's the difference between the two. I found a new (old style) for
about half the cost of new (new style).
I did search.

Well of course they do.
I didn't really want to call them and say I might want to buy your current product
but your biggest competition has one of your older units for sale for
less money. Please tell me the difference and I might buy yours.

They get questions like that all day. The worst they can do is hang up on you in which case you are right were you are now anyway.

I dunno dude, i took like 20 sec to just go to begi website and find this
http://www.bellengineering.net/artic...rticles_id=258

The new design allows adjustment for increased fuel pressure range, at the onset of that increase, thus providing stable pressure under the most demanding of conditions. The new regulator design has been tested to 450 psi, without failure or calibration changes. BEGi will be updating all the FMU'S with the new valve design. The new valve design will begin shipping immediately.

Thats why I didn't call.

I'm an idiot. I looked on begi's site and somehow missed it.
I know I know it's right in your face.
Sorry for wasting your time

We can convert old FMU's to the new valve design. Not cheap, but can be done for reliability reasons, if needed.
