Well it would probably be better to get the begi kit instead of the greddy kit because you wont need the vortech fuel controller with the mspnp plus it's a slightly better design and of course since you already have the turbo you shouldnt buy another just ask begi for the price of the manifold and downpipe and just get that there's lots of people running settle like that makin good power you should probably get a eBay intercooler piping kit since it'll be a lot better then a crossover pipe 8psi should be good for right around 200 hp

......... <----- distribute those as needed.

Get either one from begi. Greddy sucks dickballs

If you already have a 2554, and it's in usable condition, and it has the "correct" flanges on it (was the 2554 one of the units that were available in several odd configurations? I can't recall.) then I would strongly encourage you to order a turboless version of the standard Bell S1 package.

I bought a Greddy kit many years ago for my '92, and while it's not the absolute worst system I've ever seen, it's not great. The turbo itself is actually quite decent for such a small unit, and the manifold, while not optimal, hasn't cracked, however everything else included with the kit was completely useless.

Also, and this is just friendly advice, you will be taken more seriously around here is you learn to use the big, rectangular keys at the lower corners of your keyboard (the ones with the word "Shift" printed on them), as well as the three keys just to the left of the of the lower-right "Shift" key.

If you decided to go the BEGI route don't just order the Shanghi kit. Call them and they are able to add and remove parts from a kit for you. No point in buying a chinese turbo if you already have a superior one.

Definitely browse through the for sale forums here as well, you can save a good bit by picking up something used.

i have been looking on here a lot just not finding the right stuff i guess.

I just orderd ms and a walbro so im goin to contact BEGI tonight and see what i can work out but i did here that people had to drill out the exhaust flang so i dont know if it will bult right up..

I am not completly sure if its a 2554. it is off of a sr20det

most likely a regular t25 non-ball bearing unless you got lucky. nothing wrong with those though. good for up to 240ish or so.

You can also send in your turbo to Begi and have them make sure it works. I did that with my t25 off an SR20 and they did wonders with it.

The only thing i was worryed about is the turbo exhaust holes not being big enough but i just found some 10mm to 8mm step studs that should work perfect.

Step 1: Mail your turbo to BEGI, and they will make you a kit.

Step 2: Learn punk-to-ation and grammur en profffit.
