OK, I know a lot of you guys like to replace your plugs yearly, but I like the platimum plugs with their better durability. Anyways, will the Bosch platimum #4202 plug that lists for the MS turbo work in our Greddy 1.6?

I would recommend the NGKs.. I believe its like B7KRE-11.... its on their page listed as the UK turbo miata (eunos) plugs. Besides.. they are only $1.77 each. I think there is a platium equiv.

Extended reach gapped at .044"?

Wouldn't the extended reach have a similar affect to advancing timing? And .035" gap is what's recommended...at least at higher boost levels.

I have a couple different kinds of spark plug gapping tools but i was under the impression that those types of plugs couldn't really be changed without risk of breaking the electrodes

Don't run bosch plugs... the rest of their stuff is damn good... but as a former employee I wouldn't touch their plugs.

most people ran the ZFR's on their turbo miatas on M.net a long time ago. Do some searches, there is nothing wrong with running them

There might not be "anything wrong" with them, but what's the point of extended reach? My thinking is that it'd slightly increase timing...you can have more precise control over that with other methods, so I don't get using them.
