Upgrade Greddy turbo, options?

Hi everyone,
I'm running the Greddy kit TDO4-H turbo, and 2.5" RMDP.
I've put a lot of miles on this turbo since it was fitted 3 years ago, and if it should go pop I'd like to have another turbo waiting to go on (or at least know what I need to purchase), rather than leave everything to the last minute.
I'm interested in upgrading to another turbo without spending a ton, and without having to buy a new manifold. With the exception of fitting additional water lines, I'm basically looking for a straight swap.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for any advice :) .

The cheapest solution is to rebuild it... . What is the purpose of this swap? Have you hit the capabilities of the Greddy turbo? Do you need to spool faster? I have seen the greddy used for up around 250 rwhp, at that point your talking about getting a little nervous w/ the stock internals anyway.

You know, I hadn't realised that until recently. I figured I was pushing it at 12 psi, but then I saw brgracer's dyno chart :eek5: .
At 12psi I'm pulling ~5% injector duty, and even then its still a tad rich - AFR 11:1. Instead, I might just upgrade the 2 bar map sensor, and then re-tune for as much boost as the fueling will allow for. By upgrade the MAP sensor, I'm referring to the annoying little EMU quirk that means the EMU will only read up to 4.5 volts (12psi) - the limit of the Greddy map sensor.
Good times ahead :) .

5% @ 12 psi??? are you running 1200cc injectors or something??
Or are you talking about secondary injectors only...

You sooo need to get the greddy map sensor and pull off the AFM using Joe Perez's airflow output map.

No he's trimming 5% of the OEM ECU's duty cycle with the EMU.

I've seen ridiculous IDC's from the oem ecu in my logs (like 90-95%)
