Default need help

im having trouble figuring out what kind of turbo was on my car it has these letters and numbers ont the exhaust side.49 N5S 67R H4 and it would be a great deal of help if someone could help me find out what kind it is and what kind of turbo I should run on my car.

I have a 92 mazda Miata with high flow injectors and fuel pressure system and a cold air intake

I don't even know what I am looking at. It almost looks like it is mounted backwards, as rusty as it is. Is that a stretched sock as an air filter? Can you get some pictures closer up of the front and back of the turbo?

As of right now, doesn't look like anything I am familiar with.
