Looks a bit like the ILovetacoTaco manifold, judging by position and angle of the flange, but I can't tell from the photo with any certainty. (I don't recall a 1.8 version of it being available.)

It's definitively not a system from one of the major manufacturers (Bell, Flyin' Miata, etc), and I'm a tad leery of that cutsie little FPR on the firewall, but it looks like whoever installed the system did a reasonable job of it. I'm noticing the hold-down clamps on the oil supply line, for instance.

The absence of an air filter is disturbing, as are the open vent port on the valve cover and the placement of the O2 sensor.

I'm concerned about the lack of heat shielding to protect the brake reservoir from melting. What is the blue box on the fenderwell next to the turbo?

Looks like a ballast for an HID headlamp conversion. Should be one somewhere on the other side as well.

Plus this thing is pretty damn quick whatever kit it is? I than aem fuel rail bigger injectors and pump in tank and aem wideband so if all I upgrade is turbo and manifold at least rest is already there? The rubber boots say mishimoto?

I didn't know AEM made a fuel rail for the Miata. Close up pictures of the manifold and turbo's data plate would be helpful.

Is this one of the RacingMazda (Ric Stephens) manifolds? These were T3/T4 journal bearing turbos, and the turbo location seems about right. Reclocked and different intercooler routing though, so maybe not?

Keep naming companies lol, you'll eventually guess one that makes a Miata rail.

Or you could just take more detailed pictures and let us figure out what's really on your car. You know, the reason for this thread.
