Aftermarket bumper + splitter
What are some good examples of aftermarket bumpers that work well with splitters? I know OEM is good, but I got in a bit of a crunch and need to replace it. Knowing how hard it is to fine an unmolested OEM bumper, I'm looking at aftermarket options. Something that would work well with two brake duct holes would be nice too...
Post up some pics if possible.. |
RB type 2?

If somebody came out with a bumper that was straight down and not concaved in, it would sell big.

Not a huge fan of the RB.
I have a liking to the new NC/NA nose Grinder on cr.net is building. http://www.clubroadster.net/vb_forum...pictureid=1755 |
Get that NC bumper.
Edit: Dammit! haha. |
looks good, eh? I think it would look badass with the holes used as a brake duct vents and a nice splitter... looks good and functional.

Something he (grinder) dosen't realize. Sure the cr.net losers with no money want a cheap bumper but there are others out there like you and me that would love to see this in a real poly blend material. He should offer both. Do a small run of poly bumpers for us and mass produce the fibergay bumper.
|
I couldn't agree more.
I would love to have one as long as it was good quality poly(for splitter/vent mods). I don't want people sneezing on my bumper and have it shatter. |
I doubt this one will be much weaker than the rb2 nose. I was in the poly crowd from the beginning and he can't do it. The tooling costs are just too high.. or that's what I understood. It would make even a decent sized run of them ridiculously expensive.
