Classing question/feeler

Hey guys, I just recently had my first (of many soon to come) PDX. I have also talked to a good number of people at Carolina Motorsports Park, and VIR and ran into a bit of a question. It doesnt appear that there is really any class that a turbo miata is legal when it comes to regional level racing. I was really hoping to be able to get my regional license down the road, but does anyone know any wheel to wheel class that our miatas can run in? My preference would be to have at least a few other competitors, I dont want to be the only person out there in my class.

Any ideas?

nasa has a few classes that your car would fit in depending on the whp/competition weight, etc.. some that come to mind would be the performance touring classes ptd,c,b,a, or super touring classes st1 or st2. go to these sites.
