Yep, I've been running with them all season.
Our last event is in a few weeks at Summit Point.

From PA, you've got Pocono and Pittsburg (BeaveRun). Lime Rock in CT, Watkins Glen in NY, and NJ Motorsports Park.

Are you thinking about Miata Challenge? The fields are pretty thin currently; in MCS I've had from 1-5 cars show up; MCM or MCU have 2-3 cars.

I'll be going back next season, too.

I live about 30 minutes from Pittrace(Beaverun). I saw they did a 1 hour enduro last year. I have a 91 former spec miata with a 99 1.8 engine. Do you have any info regarding racing school for next year or schedules yet? I didn't see anything listed on their site.

No, I have no news on next years schedule at all...
I just follow along at their website. If I remember, they did have the schedule up over the winter, that's when I made my time off requests from work.

Not EMRA, but check out COM Sports Car Club.

We'll be at Summit Point (main), Watkins Glen, NHMS, in 2013, and likely return to Calabogie and/or Mosport and/or Tremblant and/or NJMP.

Tons of Miatas, if that is important to you (25-35% of the field), several competitive classes for Miatas too. Very friendly and welcoming club, talented & fast drivers, friendly competition. No wine or cheese or scallops wrappend in bacon, but killer BBQ and BYOB when the track closes. TT and Trophies at the end of day 2 (the time trial day). Day 1 is traditional HPDE type.

$100 discount for first-time partipants. Each track day earns you a $20 credit toward a future event. Non-profit club established in 1958 with decades of putting racers and track nuts ahead of profits <cough> NASA <cough>

Licensed groups, student groups, top-notch instruction.

Free transponders, your lap times are made available to you for every lap you run, if you want them.

COM Sports Car Club

I know a lot of people that 'used to run' with other groups. I don't know anyone that 'used to run' with COMSCC!

I am the chief instructor, so I'm a bit biased.

You might want to PM EMRAwreckingcrew or some one with a similar name on m.net. He posts a lot in the mid-atlantic section. He might be able to give you some more info.

I did their TT at PittRace earlier this year.

Well run event, nice guys, obnoxiously large trophies and free beer... what more can you ask for?

I ran with them at limerock one of the days vortexblue was there.

Like others have said, great people, great beer, great trophies.

I also had one absolutely amazing instructor who brought his personal 2 way com. device so we could actually talk on track. He was a huge help. (FWIW I had an instructor the first run out who was a Porsche tool who gave me NO advice... even after I lifted in big bend and almost spun out.)
