If I mount a seat with 2 side mounts on the bottom front and 2 on the back is that enough to be safe?

 

Thats a vague discription of the setup. Draw a pic or take a pic.

Safe is relative to the user unless your up against tech. The belt needs to be legit however.

 

4 bolts going into the seat and 4 into the floor or 4 through the seat and into the floor. use fender washers for the seat and baking plates under the floor.

 

I was thinking 2 side mounts on the front bottom and 2 brackets attached to the tabs welded to the roll bar bolted to the top back of the seat. I'm just brainstorming at this point, final fitment will be being done by a friend who has experience mounting seats.
