I used to do this all the time. I was going anyway and it's boring by yourself. Besides, people are really floored when you let them fly. It's not like they have a death wish and will put you into the ground. On the contrary, they are usually too scared to put much input into the controls. The grin factor is epic.

If the gov-ment allowed me to take passengers I would... but then again I'm only 5 flights in on a helicopter, you DO NOT want to go on a ride in one with me... yet...

The water line fittings are Mocal. They're the best, I 've used Aeroquip, Earl's, Russel, and Fragola, Mocal are the king and also the cheapest every time. I am not sure about the oil feed and hose, but that looks like Bat Inc's fire sleeve so I assume is Aeroquip hose from the same place.

I've never heard of Bat Inc so I just looked them up. Is there anything wrong wtih just using the TFE hose for everything (if it's sized -8 and below?).

It's cheaper and lighter than normal stainless braid or socketless.

As long as you buy the PTFE hose-ends they work for everything.
