Default 99 obd2 not working with dash parts pulled

i have everything pulled from the dash (ac, blower, heater core, pass air bag deal, radio) and now my obd2 port is not working. i'm guessing that removing something is keeping a connection from being made. can't find anything in the wiring diagram.

maybe you blew the fuse. interior fuse (don't know the name) affects the OBD2 port. possibly wrong place in the forum to post as well.

i checked the room fuse, about to go back over the fuse box.

seems like the right section, figured people race prepping nbs while pulling dash parts may have had the same problem.

Check whatever is wired into that fuse, then follow it all till you find the problem.
