Smile Mahura oil pan baffle

Last night I put my boundary race oil pump in along with this baffle. I dont much of anyone running this baffle but was going to see if anyone is and what were their results? I'm looking to have stable oil pressure under long braking areas and was hoping this would work. I know an accusump or dry sump setup is ideal but if this works I'll be happy at $120.

Where did you get the baffle as I could not find one? Thanks

In our T25 engine with BE gears but I haven't looked at OP data (lazy).
So yeah, nothing to contribute..

Don't the Maruha instructions tell you to also put the stock baffle on top?

Yea, I put it on shortly after I took that pic. You can barely see it with the stock cover on.

This is it! I'm praying this baffle will add cylinder pressure to my stock motor and push me to the 500 HP threshold! Ha jk but i'm too lazy for a build thread. I'll drive it up to MD and show it to you when its done.

We have put these and some custom made baffles in a few engines. Not for retaining oil in high G turns as that isn't a problem with the stock engine anyway. Some minor dip in oil pressure in long braking events is about it. The splashing hurts power at high RPM. Reducing windage losses is the primary reason for running the Maruha or a custom made baffle.

I haven't seen my oil pressure gauge dip under high braking since my new engine which has one of these fitted. Cheap insurance IMO.
