I do think ditching the heatercore isn't quite as straight forward as you would think. you have to do some serious consideration of the mixing manifold setup. I believe that info is in teh cooling system thread.
Thanks for the link... I was looking at that one a while back, but the link I had went dead.

I did the remove and loop on my NA and it's been working fine as well.
