Questions about NASA TT3 rule....Thanks!
I got a few questions about NASA TT3 rule.
yes, I did read the rule book, maybe not enough. 1. Does the competition weight include driver weight? 2. Do RWD Mustang or Dyno Dynamics need to use the 1.1 multiply? THANKS ALOT!! John Yeung, Vancouver Canada ps; is there anyone in the westcoast also running TT3? |
Comp weight includes the driver. Basically when you come off the track, you may get weighed immediately so factor in how much gas you'll have left after you complete a session.
2. I'll have to look at the rules again for dynos. Here in AZ, we can't use anything but dynojets per the rules. I ran TT3 the past two years, but moved up to TT2 this year due to some team classing stuff. |
There is a Dynojet in Nooksack that was pretty cheap last time I went there for a NASA dyno print out. I think it’s affiliated with the Service Pro there it’s in the building just north of it. Short distance across the border for you.

First race of the season I believe they pull up the portable dyno from the nor-cal group also. NASA North West has been pretty low key yet as it hasn't really taken off yet just starting the 3rd season and it is the 3rd sanctioning body running races int he region. Great group of people to run with though classing structure is nice and Andy has been great about making classes work for the few people chacing TT contengencies. So far TT2 everybody has been mostly jumping into TT2 to make full classes, I thank them for that.

MCE's dyno is just a random number generator, though.
