When should we expect a response to an email we sent for this event?
When will we know if we are needed? Just trying to figure out how much time I would have to put plans in place if I need to get out to Cali. |

I set aside vacation time for this specific weekend. I called dibs on the coffee/sandwich maker duty but I have changed brake pads quickly - just not at 500* and not in 2 minutes or less. :fael:
I have 2 mutant powers - I can pick up the correct allen/hex key the first time every time (seriously, no idea why or how) and I can stay awake for 40+ hours without losing focus. I'm also from Seattle so the weather sounds great... |

In addition to the pad swap, the mechanical crew has to swap the entire RF suspension, cut away parts of the fender and bumper skin with a sawzall, realign sorta, rig the back up cornering light assembly, zip tie and duct tape the crap out of whats left...

If ones idea of a vacation might be huddling in a pit in damp 40* cold at 2am waiting to do a pad swap on glowing hot brakes in under 2 minutes. Then there is the champagne and glory part thats fun too.
