tube core support
has anyone done it? know how? teach a noobe to do it? about a month ago i let a friend drive my car. one thing lead to another and he put it into the wall. 
now the core support is fubared and my frame is bent. the bend is in between the bumper and the suspensions pick up points. I'm looking on how to repair this without a re shell. i was looking into tube core supports but i am not a body man and don't know how to make one. do you guys have any advice or know how for me to go about building one. ie size tubing do s and don'ts. i was looking in to race this thing in nasa ttu class next year and they require a factory frame, but didn't know how far that rule went.
