deadlifts would turn me into a hunchback before I'm old. No thanks to that exercise.

And 113lbs for a grown man is sad. I'm serious. No woman wants that. Go to GNC and buy some Mass/weight gainer. I've seen 150lb 5 year olds on ******* Jerry Springer.

You need to learn some manners. Don't expect to lose that gay avatar anytime soon.

They do just the opposite, but you're up to speed on the typical couch-potato justification for not exercising. I'd love to hear how a strong back will predispose you to back injuries.

I'm no couch potato. I go to the gym Mon-Fri. I just don't do deadlifts. I almost died in a car accident when I was 17. My back goes out at random times. If I deadlift, it will definitely go out. Pull-ups and lateral rows are the only back exercises I can do.

no but I have some broken bone in my lower spine. I forgot the longass word he said my condition was called. I had to wear a spinal brace for 3 months though to straighten my back out. I wouldn't dare deadlift. Even squats sometimes cause my back to ache. It's all good. I just want my arms and abs to stay in good shape.

any clean way of removing the hood latch? (stupid loop is wearing a hole in my radiator shrouding)

looks like there is a mild steel frame with the loop spot welded to it, which is then riveted to the aluminum part of the hood. i'd like to remove the loop and all of the mild steel if i can.

Or just cut off the loop and grind it flush. Use paint if it needs to be pretty.

10 lbs vs. 5.5 lbs.

After some digging around on the web waisting time I found this.

It’s listed as an alternator for a Chevy street rod. Suppose to be 50A. It will require some custom work to mount and get the 1.8l multi rib pulley to fit correctly but it doesn’t look too difficult. The pulley that comes with it would probably work as is for a 1.6l.

cut 8 inches out of the center, but the two sides together and use the 8 inch piece to overlap and reconnect them. win.
