The silicone vac hose I'd used had degraded to the point that under vac it was closing. even worse, it'd become sticky, and stuck closed briefly before opening up...

Every so often when pulling away from idle the car doesn't respond, and the engine dies.

It's not engine tuning, as this is new behaviour on a tune...

Even if it is built, the MS1 WI was designed around controlling an aquamist fast acting valve, which is now discontinued.

If you just want it on/off and not progressive your MS1...
