The max the 1.6 guys see with the 45 cu in model is 200hp. IIRC Tick Tack was a perfect template for that long ago.

You dont need a kit. There are many companies who build custom pulley either...

I always thought it was a 70mm. But then again, the first gen used like a 80 or 85 mm because the crank pulley was smaller. Depends what gen you have.
