CR really needs to be measured to be sure but you should put it pistons and ring in too.

Everything else you have done seems ok but 330bhp or 300whp would require a new fuel...

Turbo is too small for your "what if" scenario. Do consider EFR6258 they are expensive but many parts you require with a Garrett are built in as well as being newer...

It is a long nose 1.6 like the later 1.6s before the 1.8 was introduced.
It is also 90bhp from the factory and not 116bhp like the pre-1.8...
