Any idea if this will fit the NB, or what the differences between the NB and NA versions are? The skunk2 website says they aren't compatible but I also found an old post around here indicating they might be.

I believe they are different. I could be wrong, but I do know that there are different part numbers. I recently bought a new S2 throttle body, but for a NB and part number was 309-10-0200.

 

Iac mounting is different I do believe.

 

^ correct, the IACV mounting. But you can buy the 99+ adaptor plate from Skunk2 and make it work.
Also, the TPS sensor, 90-97 needs the adaptor, and the 99+ does not.
