Default Bilstein coilover setup

I have these bilsteins that are supposedly revalved. One of the rear shocks are easy to push down at first but gets tight before the tophat touches the shock. None of the shocks leak any fluid. Front spring rates are 700lb and rears are 450lb. Fcm mounting kit. Ground control sleeves (not seized!). This looks to be a really solid setup! I'm still debating on running then on my car but I could use the money for insurance.

I'm asking for 500 obo. I'm located in Baltimore, MD but I am willing to ship (last time I shipped shocks and Springs it cost about $45).
